Gallimard: Ratafia de Champagne Nicht auf Lager Die Reben wurzeln in kiesigenRatafia is a blend of grape must and a brandy. Here made from 100% Pinot Noir and aged for 6 months in wood. The fermentation is stopped by adding brandy, which is why both the sugar and alcohol levels are somewhat higher. Good as an aperitif.
